During the Flow experience, we are completely immersed and dissolved in what we are doing now. This description of this experience was formulated by Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi, who is of Hungarian origin, and he named the discipline positive psychology. The Flow experience means a strong focus on consciousness, an activity that is in harmony with our abilities and has clear, achievable goals. When we are in Flow, our sense of time flies, we enjoy it timelessly, and we almost identify with what we are doing. Play allows creativity and the joy of discovery to enter new realities. In my country, the 3D element in the painting is one of the oldest and most traditional, simplest children’s toys, also called a windmill.
